Let's Connect
Ayanna Cooper, Ed.D is an educator, bestselling author, storyteller, and keynote speaker whose passion for advocacy centers around primary and secondary linguistically diverse student populations.
She is a U.S. Department of State English Language Specialist alumna, having led projects in Kuwait and Brazil. As a lifelong learner, Ayanna holds advanced degrees in education, including a Certificate of School Management and Leadership (CSML) from Harvard Graduate School of Education and Harvard Business School. She teaches part-time at Howard University and is the author of several impactful publications, including And Justice for ELs: A Leader’s Guide to Creating and Sustaining Equitable Schools.
Her mission is to help educators and school leaders create spaces where every student feels seen, supported, and inspired to grow—because the sky truly is the limit.
